 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from us. If something's not right, here's how we'll fix it. 

Quick summary 

- 14-day return window from the date of delivery for change-of-mind returns 

- Free return shipping — we cover it 

- No restocking fee 

- 11 products are final sale and can't be returned for change of mind (listed below) 

- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of any of the above for faulty or not-as-described items 


Change-of-mind returns 

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if: 

- The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging 

- All accessories, manuals, and packaging are included 

- You contact us first at admin@fumersupplyco.com to start the return 

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label — free of charge. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Bank processing can take another 3–5 business days. 

Final sale items 

The following products are clearly marked "Final Sale" on the product page and cannot be returned for change of mind. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (for faulty or not-as-described goods) still apply.

If you're unsure whether an item is final sale before you buy, email us first. 

Faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items 

If your item arrives damaged, develops a fault, or isn't what was described — you're covered by the Australian Consumer Law regardless of the 14-day window. 

Major failure (item is unsafe, significantly different from description, or unusable): you choose — refund, replacement, or repair. 

Minor failure: we'll repair or replace. 

To start a claim, email admin@fumersupplyco.com with: 

- Your order number 

- A description of the issue 

- Photos or a short video 

We'll respond within 2 business days and arrange a free return. 

Exchanges 

For change-of-mind exchanges, place a new order for what you want and return the original for a refund. That's the fastest path and usually gets you the new item in your hands quicker. 

For faulty items, we'll send a direct replacement. 

How to start a return 

1. Email admin@fumersupplyco.com within 14 days of delivery (change of mind) or as soon as you notice the issue (faulty). 

2. Include: order number, item being returned, reason. 

3. We'll reply with a prepaid return label and instructions. 

4. Pack the item securely. Drop it at the carrier point shown on your label. 

5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund. 

Refund timing 

  • Inspection: within 2 business days of us receiving the return 
  • Refund issued: within 5 business days after inspection 
  • Bank processing: 3–5 business days after we issue
  • Total: usually 7–14 days from when you ship the return 

You'll get an email when the refund is processed. 

What we can't do 

- Refund return shipping you paid yourself without a prepaid label from us (always email first so we can send one) 

- Accept returns more than 14 days after delivery for change of mind (faulty/damaged claims are not bound by this window under the ACL) 

- Accept items returned in unsellable condition (used, missing parts, damaged through use)
