Where we ship

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. 


Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched in 48Hrs from the time payment clears (Monday–Thurday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves us.


Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Carriers and delivery times

We ship via AUSPOST. Estimated delivery once dispatched:


  • Metro Australia: 2-4 business days

  • Regional Australia: add 2–3 business days

  • Remote / WA / NT / TAS: add 3–7 business days


Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.

The exact shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. If it doesn't arrive within 48 hours of the shipping email, check your spam folder, then email us at admin@fumersupplyco.com.

Discreet packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded boxes or satchels. Nothing on the outside indicates what's inside.

Issues with delivery

Order hasn't arrived? If your tracking shows it's been more than the expected window with no movement, email us at admin@fumersupplyco.com with your order number. We'll lodge an enquiry with the carrier and keep you posted.


Order arrived damaged? Take photos of the packaging and damaged product before unpacking further. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we'll sort a replacement or refund.


Wrong item? Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll cover return shipping and send the correct item.


Incorrect address? If you entered the wrong address at checkout and the parcel is returned to us, we'll re-send to the corrected address. You may need to pay the second shipping leg.

Pickup

We offer In-store pick up 7days a week during business hours. 


In-store pick up orders are typically ready for pickup within 4 hours of the order being placed if placed before 1pm on weekdays and 11am on weekends.
