A heavy duty cutter for vinyl pipe, hose and plastic tubing.
The blade shears through the pipe wall rather than sawing at it, so the cut comes out square and the fitting seats properly instead of weeping. It is the tool for plumbing a reservoir, running dripper line or cutting hose down to length during a system build.
