pH Down is a pH adjuster from Hydro Nutrient, used to lower the pH of a nutrient solution into the range you are growing at.
It goes into a mixed reservoir after the nutrients, since base nutrient and additives shift pH on their own as they go in. Add it a little at a time, stir or circulate the tank, then re-read with a calibrated meter: pH adjusters are concentrated and easy to overshoot. Dose according to the label.
A standard consumable for any hydroponic, coco or soil grower mixing their own solution, and generally the adjuster used most often of the two.
