A mesh pot from Nutrifield, used where roots need to grow out of the container into solution or media.
The open mesh wall and base let water and air pass straight through while holding the plant and a small charge of media — clay pebbles, a cube or a plug. Pots of this type go into flood trays, DWC lids and media beds, and can be lifted out to check root development without disturbing the plant. Sizes are selected in the variant options.
Suits hydroponic and semi-hydro systems, and propagation potted on into pebbles.
